When I’m not working, I roast coffee. I’ve roasted for 7 years, last year I upgraded to a 1.5 kg Proaster commercial unit from the humble bread maker / heat gun correto setup. I’ve been having fun ever since. So trying to find a nice coffee anywhere is also an adventure. We started our overseas travels a few years back, travelling to Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and Sri Lanka.

When Sue’s not working she loves planning and finding great adventures and did a lot of travel before we met . Having lived in London and travelled around the UK and Ireland she spent 6 months on a truck though Europe, the Middle East and the east coast of Africa all the way to South Africa. She has also backpacked around South America for 5 months.

We currently live in Australia.
